I also made 6 half pint jars of spicy pepper jelly this evening. 4 heaping cups of peppers. 5 jalepenos, 2 large red peppers, 2 large green peppers. Seeded and chopped finely. I sauteed these with one cup of apple cider vinegar. I added the pectin, half a pat of butter (to reduce the foam) [...]
